The license was secured by Binance’s Dubai affiliate, Binance FZE, amidst regulatory upheavals in other regions. This achievement marks a significant step forward in Binance’s expansion in Dubai, a city that has rapidly emerged as a hub for cryptocurrency activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The issuance of the Operational MVP license is the culmination of over a year of due diligence, collaboration, and a consistent demonstration of responsible intent. Binance’s Head of Regional Markets, Richard Teng, emphasized the company’s commitment to operating the first fully regulated exchange in and from Dubai, in compliance with the standards set by the Intergovernmental Financial Action Task Force (FATF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
