We are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller / Financial Manager to ensure the financial health, stability, and operational efficiency of the Lunu Solutions group of companies. You will be the cornerstone of our finance function, taking full ownership of financial processes, reporting, and treasury management in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Objective: To ensure financial stability, liquidity, and operational efficiency for the Lunu Solutions group, maintaining full control over financial processes and reporting.
What You'll Do
1. Financial Control, Treasury & Capital Management
- Maintain full accounting, daily reconciliation, and manage the movement of all funds (fiat and cryptocurrency) across the group of companies.
- Ensure liquidity: prepare cash flow forecasts, plan payments (to clients, suppliers, taxes), and optimize the allocation of excess funds (including stablecoins).
- Work with banks and payment providers on operational account openings, fee structures, and commission rates.
2. Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet), budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct plan vs. actual (variance) analysis, control costs, and identify the root causes of discrepancies.
- Calculate and analyze key business metrics (LTV, CAC, profitability, etc.) to support management decisions.
3. Operational Process Control & Payments
- Organize and control the entire payments cycle (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) process, validating justification and documentation.
- Develop and maintain financial process policies (expense approval, invoicing).
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams on payment issues, refunds, and contract terms.
4. Collaboration with Accounting, Analytics & Compliance
- Prepare regular reports for management and company owners.
- Work closely with the accounting department (internal/outsourced) to ensure accurate recording of all transactions, including crypto assets, and participate in audits.
- Analyze financial risks (liquidity, currency) and propose mitigation measures.
5. FinTech / Crypto Industry Specifics
- Account for and control the company's crypto assets, performing reconciliations on wallets and exchanges.
- Participate in assessing the financial model and operational feasibility of new products/services.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a finance, controlling, or analyst role, preferably within FinTech, payment systems, banking, or a fast-paced IT company.
- Familiarity with the crypto market is essential: understanding of its basic principles, key technological features, major networks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana), currencies, and exchanges.
- Practical experience with accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach and meticulous attention to detail.
- High degree of ownership and readiness to take on a wide range of tasks in a startup/growth company environment. In a small to medium-sized company like ours, we expect the manager to handle the full spectrum of finance tasks independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, MS Office, etc.
- Fluent English or German; additional languages are a bonus.
